Level I: The Waters
Life begins below the surface, in the unseen places where the roots of becoming grow.
Here, we begin the real seeing. You’ll explore your inner landscape through tools that reveal your design, CliftonStrengths, the Enneagram, your personal Compass, and the archetypes that shape your patterns, wounding, and superpowers. Together, we trace the stories that built you, and the truths that are ready to surface.
It’s gentle, brave work, noticing where you swim by instinct, and where old tides pull you back. The Waters teach you to breathe differently not through striving, but through awareness. This is the deep remembering: discovering who you are beneath what the world taught you to be.
Level II: The Emergence
There comes a moment when the old container can’t hold you anymore.
You climb toward air, anchor in trust, and begin to unfold.
Here, insight becomes embodiment.
We translate what you’ve learned into movement, expression, and aligned action — learning to speak, lead, and live from your center.
Through presence practices, intuitive coaching, and gentle exposure to visibility, you begin to inhabit the truth you found in The Waters.
It’s tender and luminous expansion by design, not by force.
This is where the wings begin to remember their purpose.
Level III: Integration
Color begins to return. The new wings glisten—soft, wet, not yet ready for the air.
Here, we linger. The work slows to warmth and absorption.
This is where the sun meets the skin of what you’ve become, and you learn how to hold it.
In this trimester, we stay close to the body: grounding practices, gentle routines, reflection, and community circles that help the insights take root.
You’ll sense new confidence building quietly inside, not through effort, but through presence.
Integration isn’t about soaring, it’s about trusting the heat of the sun to strengthen what’s newly formed, about feeling into the wings before you fly.
This is where growth becomes belonging, and awareness turns into steadiness.
